Ergonomics is concerned with the ‘fit' between people and their work. It takes account of the worker's capabilities and limitations in seeking to ensure that tasks, equipment, information and the environment suit each worker.
To assess the fit between a person and their work, ergonomists consider the job being done and the demands on the worker; the equipment used (its size, shape, and how appropriate it is for the task), and the information used (how it is presented, accessed, and changed).
High-Pressure Laminate(HPL) is made from layers of Kraft paper impregnated with phenolic thermosetting resins to make up the product core and melamine impregnated decorative paper to make up the surface layer, manufactured under high pressure and temperature. HPL is manufactured at 1400 pounds-per-square-inch of pressure. High-Pressure Laminates are very durable decorative surfaces with a high wear, scratch and moisture resistance.
Low-Pressure Laminate (LPL) also known as "direct pressure laminate" and commonly referred to as "melamine". LPL is manufactured at 300-500 pounds-per-square-inch of pressure, the resulting product is a think single melamine paper bonded to a substrate board.
Office panel systems are a great way to provide efficient workspace to your office. They are versatile and easy to customize with proper planning and a good supplier.
1. Custom Configuration. Whatever space you have, office panel systems can provide customizable solutions. Since you design the perfect layout, you can put your managers in private but accessible locations so they can work effectively with staff, and incorporate staff into a community work environment.
2. Custom Design Elements. Not only can you design the layout and units of your panel system, you can also choose specific design elements. For example, you can choose to use Acoustic or Non-Acoustic for your wall panels. If privacy is a priority, door units are also available to create a secluded workspace unit.
3. Cost-Efficient Long Term Solutions. The best aspect of office panels is the fact that they can be reconfigured easily. The are lightweight and easy to re-construct in various patterns. If your initial design needs to expand or adapt to new business needs, it's easy to supplement your current units or simply use them differently without any additional cost. Even if you have no need to rearrange you space, the initial cost of office panel systems is low. Rather than trying to expand with expensive construction or relocation, office units are an affordable and customizable solution.
